My journey through life in 2012 was cray cray to the MAX! As the year was unfolding, so many things were happening that I just needed to vent! So that I did... I blogged about my life as it was in the making! But with the help of your support, I....

* Finished my dissertation and earned my PhD

* Married the man of my dreams

* Was a part of my Bestie's lovely wedding

* Had a great time at our Family Reunion

* Started the LLL series (what I loved, learned, and laughed about throughout each week)

... and much much more! You were all there to encourage me and give some great advice... and for this... I thank you ALL!

This upcoming year, I plan to head in a different direction. Instead of blogging as a lifestyle journal, I wanna be more of a service to my peeps!! I'm gonna blog about things that can benefit others... crafting, fashion, encouragement... things I had planned to do when I first started blogging! Now is the time for me to pay it forward and help you all just as you have all helped me! So, embrace yourselves (and me!) for year 2!

High FIVE for Friday! HAYYYYY! I'm ooberly excited for today because (1) it's Friday (nuff said) and (2) I'm going to browse around looking at wedding dresses today! Yabba-dabba-doooo!

OSU Men’s Basketball Team defeated Washington State AND Washington (number ONE seed in Pac 12 Tournament) this week! WOOOOOP!!

:: two ::

This past weekend, my boo and I watched not one… not two… but THREE movies in the theatres! The Vow (loved it, but kinda was expecting more.. like the Note Book kinda’ more)… Act of Valor (amazing action packed movie that makes me so proud of our country’s Navy Seals)… and Project X (I swear this kid got away with practically murder… his parents were annoyingly calm).

I was educated on Kony 2012, which I am soooo looking forward to being involved in. WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, and you should watch and educate yourself at Kony2012.com.

The sun was shining and I took the dogs out without a jacket or sweater or long sleeve!!

I received THREE blog awards, the Sunshine Award (presented to me by the lovely Kara @ Styled With Life), One Lovely Blog Award and the My Blog is Rated a Top 10 Award (both presented to me by the beautiful Simone @ Busy as a Honey Bee). So overwhelmed with joy and la la love!

Happy Saturday beebo!! I'm breaking the cycle of Marry Saturday for today, and why? Because I CAN... especially on this very day that I was born some few years ago ;)

I'm celebrating this day the Lord blessed me into this world by bragging about my acceptance of the Liebster Blog Award from the wonderful teacher and girlfrannnnd, Ms. Simone at Busy as a Honey Bee. la la LOVE her fun and colorful blog that her personality shines through, and she's one of my daily reads! I am soooo happy and thankful that she picked me as one of her fives!
